Haha is this serious? It's funny.
I especially like the 'He bought a jet ski, I had a kid.' bit.
Here's what you should do. Next time he's watching sports on TV, storm in and slam the door. Snatch the remote from his hand and shout 'WE'RE WATCHING WHAT I WANNA WATCH!' and change the channel. When he goes to say something slap him across the face and say 'No Jeremy! No No No!'
And then write 'sports' on a bit of paper and set the paper alight, put it close to his face so he can see it clearly and let it burn in front of him. That should get the message through.
