lough nastini September 11, 2011 at 1:46 am: You are not taking into account the 10px padding all around for each "li". This means you have way more than a 400px with. You'll have about 80px more in width. 10px left and right of each "li". Not to mention you are using table tags and they have spacing between cells that you have not taken care of.

Drop the center tag completely and redo the nav container's CSS:

width: XXXpx;
margin: 0 auto; /* centers */
list-style: none;
overflow: hidden;
}

using std::cout;
using std::cin;
using std::endl;
using std::string;
using std::transform;

go with:

using namespace std;

Saves time and code lines.
