You have to include all the factors of Boba Fett being the greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy and his armor may be made of a more advanced element that just iron. And how Iron Man can actually FLY, as opposed to Boba Fett's jet pack which only allows him to fly for a short period of time.

Little one, Iron Man has taken direct hits from the Hulk. He's shrugged off the energy blasts of GODS. His repulsor technology makes "blasters" look....well, as pathetic as they are.
The "iron" in the suit is actually an incredibally strong metallic polymer bolstered by a high intensity force field. "Blasters" would bounce off it like rain. Hell, a light saber would have a hell of a time penetrating the force field, let alone a blaster.
The suit lets the wearer survive in a vacuum, or in the deepest ocean. The sensors allow reaction times greater than that of most any human, and on par with that of metahumans such as Captain America or Spiderman. The strength alone of the armor (in some suits as much as 200 ton lift capability) would completely crush Fett, armor or no.
Dont know what you're smokin. This would be a lot like the short film, "Bambi vs Godzilla", with Stark in the big green scales.
